We don’t use any third-party housekeeping and laundry services for our properties, our team is trained on Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals and Vacation Rental Management Association SafeHome program plus EPA – CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting.

Until further notice “Early Check In” and “Late Check Out” is not permitted to guarantee +24 hours between property guest arrivals. This is a key component of our cleaning process and a commitment of 1791 Vacation Experience to ensure customers and employees safety.

Even though our Flexible Reservation & Cancellation policy is still in place, please review travel restrictions to Florida prior reserve your stay. Isolate or quarantine for a period of 14 days from the time of entry into the State of Florida would apply. Review if Executive Order Number 20-82 and Executive Order Number 20-86 apply to you.

• Front Desk – During Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step plan for Florida’s recovery we will only provide online check in – check out services to continue protecting our guests and employees, minimizing social exposure.
• Housekeeping – trash and tidy cleaning services in guest occupied units have been suspended. Trash removal or the need for additional in-room amenities is available upon request.
• Maintenance – services in guest occupied unites are limited to emergency services only.

• Signature Golf Courses  – remains open for play daily, with access to two course available on Friday’s and Saturday’s. Resort team is performing complete wipe downs of golf carts after every use and have disinfectant wipes available on the driving range.
• Miniature Golf – Opens Saturday, 07/25. Monday – Tuesday is closed. Wednesday – Sunday is open 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm. $12 Adults & $6 Kids (4 – 12 year olds). Kids 0 -3 years old are complimentary. Guests must stop in the Tennis Shop to purchase a round on the course and obtain equipment to play.
• The Tennis Centre & Pickleball – remains open for play daily.
• Community Pools –Heritage Crossings Pools • Homestead Pool
  • Seven Eagles Pool • The Terraces Pool are open 8 am to 11 pm.
• Fitness Centers – Seven Eagles will be open 8 am to 11 pm. Traditions remain closed until further notice.

• The Spa & Salon – The spa remains closed until further notice.

• Please note Pools now have access control locks installed (follow Front Desk directions to get access).
• Pool chairs and loungers are available on a first come, first served basis.
• Pool furniture is spaced at least 6 feet apart and Guests should practice social distancing and stay at least 6 feet apart from others per CDC guidelines.
• Per guidelines, groups larger than 50 are not permitted to congregate.
• Water fountains will be closed at this time.
• Hot tubs remain closed due to CDC guidelines.
• Towels and other linens used at Resort recreational facilities should not be shaken out near others.
• In the event of inclement weather the pool will be closed.
• All other standing pool and fitness center rules remain in effect.

• CLUBHOUSE –  Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open Sunday – Monday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and Tuesday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm and Friday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 9:00 pm – beginning at 5:00 pm, the Eleven Steakhouse dining experience will be available in lieu of the Clubhouse menu, featuring the Eleven chef and servers, food and wine menu and upscale table setup. Indoor dining is limited to 25% occupancy. Reservations are recommended to ensure accommodation, and can be made on OpenTable. Patio dining is also available, with tables spacing in accordance with social distancing guidelines. Take-out service is also available during operating hours.
• GRANDE LOBBY SUSHI BAR – Open Thursday – Saturday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Indoor dining is limited to 25% occupancy. Take-out service is also available during operating hours.
• THE GRANDE GIFT SHOP FEATURING STARBUCKS – Open daily, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• TRADITIONS – Open for dinner Sunday – Thursday from 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
• THE COVE BAR & GRILLE – will be open Friday – Sunday, 10:30 am – 5:00 pm. To-Go cold items (sandwiches/salads) will be available when the bar is open.
