In this form you will find all the information you need about renting one of our fantastic properties. Please read through all of the information & complete the form about your party & stay.
When renting our property you are expected to ensure that your party members act responsibly and respect the property and its contents. A security/damage deposit of $500 is required along with your balance payment to protect against any damage done to the holiday villa during your occupancy.
By signing this form the party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during the occupation of the villa and confirms that the FULL cost of repair or replacement for any damages caused to the home will be met.
The security deposit can be paid by check, which will not be deposited unless there is damage upon your departure. If there is no damage the check will be promptly returned to you or destroyed after your vacation has ended.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay the security deposit with your credit card and the deposit will be returned to your card by the same method. We will only authorize the card for the $500 deposit – we do not actually charge the credit card.
A personal check for $500 can also be mailed to us, held for the length of your stay, and returned to you at the end.
The holiday villas are ready for occupancy at 4:00p.m. on the day of arrival. Our E-Z check-in means you don’t have to visit our offices to collect your key! When you arrive at the villa you will find a lock box located close to the front door.
Using the 4 digit code, which will be sent to you before your arrival, open the face of the lock box. Inside you will find the key. Please take a few minutes to read the information in the property folder.
This provides information on how to use the pool, electronics etc. and will act as a guide for your stay. Check out is at 10:00am on the day of departure. If you have a late flight you should consider reserving the villa for an extra night or pre-arranging a late check out (if possible).
There may be an additional charge for a late checkout if we need to hire additional cleaning staff to accommodate a short turn over time.
Your holiday villa will be located on a subdivision where your neighbors may be Florida residents. We ask that you act in a considerate and courteous manner to your neighbors.
We expect you to have fun but we also request that noise be kept to a minimum during early mornings and late evenings, particularly around the patio and pool.
Please treat the home with respect and be aware that any damage you cause will be charged against your security deposit. Have fun, but respect your neighbors and the property.
All breakages, accidents, problems, and losses must be reported to 1791 Vacation Experience as soon as they occur so that they can be attended to. As with any home appliances, they will, from time to time, malfunction and may need repair – 1791 Vacation Experience will use their best endeavors to have any problem rectified as quickly as possible.
Repair times may be dependent on third parties such as utility companies. Authorized maintenance personnel may need access to the rental home during your stay.
The details and photographs we display on our web site are provided to us by the villa owner or property manager. We try to ensure that these are up to date and accurate but they should be used as a guide only – we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
Owners are free to change decor and furnishings in their villas as they see fit. Unless written permission is granted from this office all units on Reunion Resort are rented without the use of the water park in Reunion Resort.
Pets are not permitted in any of our holiday villas unless you have prior written consent from 1791 Vacation Experience, This is primarily out of consideration for future guests who may suffer from allergies or other pet related illnesses.
If pets are found in the villa, then 1791 Vacation Experience or their representative has the right to have them removed from the property. The security deposit will be forfeited and guests may be required to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies.
Smoking indoors is not permitted in any of our villas. Smoking is allowed in the garden, patio and pool areas. The Villa is fitted with smoke detectors which will activate if guests attempt to smoke anywhere in the home. Guests found smoking inside the villa will forfeit their security deposit.
Some villa owners refuse to allow BBQ’s in their homes because of the mess they can make. Those that do allow BBQ’s do so subject to them being used in accordance with Florida State Law. Read the villa instruction manual or information notices for details.
1791 Vacation Experience will use any data provided by you only in respect to your villa booking. Your information will be treated as confidential and not passed onto any unnecessary third parties.
1791 Vacation Experience will not be liable for problems or delays caused by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, tornadoes, hurricanes, transportation problems, airport closures, weather conditions or any other event beyond our immediate control.
We suggest that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover such possibilities.
Liability In the event of any injuries, accidents or problems whatsoever the total liability of 1791 Vacation Experience, it’s owners and employees will be solely limited to the rental amount paid by the client.
We will make every reasonable effort to provide the exact villa stated in our reservation confirmation. However, in the unlikely event of an emergency situation that causes a villa to become unserviceable or unavailable, then we will try to provide a replacement villa of an equal standard.
Locating your villa Once you have paid for your villa you will receive the address of your villa by mail or email. Please do NOT travel without this information as you will not be able to locate your villa. If you do not receive this information please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your check in date.
PARKING & VEHICLES
Most of our homes have parking for one or two vehicles.
Most homes are in subdivisions that have an active Homeowners Association in place. Homeowners Associations very rarely allow overnight parking of commercial vehicles, RV’s, boats, campervans, trailers or any kind of oversize vehicles. Many also prohibit on-street parking – if you intend bringing any of these kinds of vehicles then you need to make your own parking arrangements. If you have any questions in regards to this, please check with one of our booking agents for further advice.
